Luo Lusheng was born in Qin 'an County, Tianshui city, Gansu Province. He now lives in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Graduated from Xinyang Army College, Air Force Command College, Central China Normal University. He is now the vice President of Beijing Gujin Hanmo Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the vice President of China Century Style Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the vice President of China National Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, the member of Chinese Calligrapher's Association, and the artistic director of The art Talent column group of China SATELLITE TV.
Studying the art of seal cutting for more than 50 years. Published more than 3000 seal cutting works, egg carving works more than 2000. Honored as military seal engraver, calligrapher, egg carving artist and calligraphy artist.
He is the author of Lu Sheng's Printing records collection, Egg Carving Art Appreciation, Chinese Characters and Calligraphy.
In October 2008, Luo Lusheng was awarded the Korean Friendship Award in the Sino-Korean painting and calligraphy exhibition.
In 2012, participated in China Taiwan Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition, and won the Taipei Cultural Exchange Contribution Award.
In 2012, participated in the first Art Festival of Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, and won the special award for calligraphy, painting and egg carving exhibition.
In 2014, participated in the first Painting and calligraphy Competition in Hubei Province and won the Award of Excellence.
In September 2018, he was invited to attend the 21st Beijing Art Fair.
In 2018, he was invited to attend the 6th International Public Welfare Ceremony recorded in the CCTV studio, and was awarded the honorary title of "2018 International Chinese Art Pioneer".
